We are looking for a result-oriented Management Consultant who can work closely with business owners (SMEs/MSMEs) to identify challenges, improve systems, and drive business growth through structured strategies and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze client business operations, financials, and processes Identify gaps in sales, marketing, operations, and management systems Design and implement structured business frameworks (SOPs, dashboards, KPIs) Develop strategies to improve revenue, profitability, and efficiency Guide clients in building scalable systems and processes Conduct regular review meetings and track performance metrics Support clients in team management, accountability, and decision-making Deliver presentations, reports, and actionable insights
MBA / MSW / BBA / Commerce / Engineering (preferred) • Perficient knowledge in MS Office and basic Ai Tools • Experience in Human Resource Department, Business Operations, or Management Roles is an advantage • Freshers with strong business acumen can also apply
