- Collecting project signoff sheet with good customer review
- Local purchase for the completion of work on time
- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises
- Resolve client disputes and concerns on time.
- QC and material selection.

- Positive communication skill and leader ship skills too
- Proven working experience in site management
- Expertise labour management
- Proficient to read specification and drawings
- Excellent portfolio of previous works

- ITI Civil/ Diploma Civil/ B.tech Civil
