About the Role

We are seeking a talented Content Writer & Marketer with proven experience in crafting in-depth guides, pillar content, lead magnets, content hooks, and persuasive copy for software tools and services. The ideal candidate combines strong research and writing skills with a strategic marketing mindset, producing content that drives engagement, nurtures leads, and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Research, plan, and write a variety of content types, including: o In-depth guides and tutorials o Pillar pages and cornerstone content o Lead magnets (e-books, checklists, templates) o Content hooks for social and digital campaigns o Conversion-focused copy for landing pages, emails, and marketing collateral
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand messaging.
- Conduct keyword research and incorporate SEO best practices to maximize content visibility and ranking.
- Develop and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of high-quality content.
- Analyze content performance using analytics tools and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Repurpose long-form content into various formats (infographics, social posts, email sequences) to maximize reach and engagement.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor content,



and emerging topics relevant to software and technology.
- Key Skills & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in content writing and marketing, preferably in the software/SaaS or technology sector.
- Demonstrated ability to create in-depth guides, pillar content, lead magnets, and compelling content hooks.
- Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversion and engagement.
- Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), collaboration tools, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent research, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, English, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Attributes

- Solid organizational and project management skills.

Familiarity with visual content tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus1.
