Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or client acquisition, preferably in the IT/software industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Research potential clients and target markets to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Handle lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and client follow-ups.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Follow up with leads and convert qualified prospects into clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in IT/Software Sales or B2B Sales will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of lead generation and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Candidates who can work onsite from our Mohali office are required.
