We are looking for a disciplined, detail-oriented, and reliable Data Entry Operator to manage our company's digital records and database systems efficiently from our office location. The ideal candidate must possess advanced knowledge of MS Excel and maintain a high typing speed and accuracy.

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
- Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Entry: Input, update, and maintain alphanumeric data into the company database from various source documents.
- Advanced Excel Management: Create, organize, and manage large sheets using formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, IF conditions, and Data Validation.
- Data Verification: Review data for deficiencies, errors, or duplicates, and resolve discrepancies before submission.
- Reporting & Tracking: Prepare and compile daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
- Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with team leads and other departments in the office to ensure seamless data flow.
Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Basic Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets is mandatory.
- Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 35–40 WPM (Words Per Minute) with at least 95% accuracy.
- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass). A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Punctuality: Ability to maintain strict discipline regarding daily shift timings (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM).
- Experience: 6 months to 1 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar clerical role (Freshers with excellent Excel skills are welcome to apply).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
