- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and bank statements.
- Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, profit and loss reports, and balance sheets.
- Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, customers, and other departments as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support budgeting, financial analysis, and audit-related activities.
