About the Role
Vasundharaa Infra is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to drive sales for our premium residential and commercial real estate projects in Gwalior.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on property leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct client meetings and property site visits.
- Convert leads into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Negotiate deals and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure regular follow-ups and update CRM records.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for lead conversion.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Excellent client-handling and follow-up abilities.
- Knowledge of the Gwalior real estate market will be preferred.
- Experience in commercial real estate sales will be an added advantage.
