Working Days: Mon to Sat (Sunday weekly-off)

Work Timing: 9.30 am to 6 pm (Extended hours during peak season, Nov to Mar)

Experience: Fresher (0 to 1 year)

Pay: INR 20,000 to 30,000 per month, based on experience and the quality of your work

BASIC FUNCTION (JOB SUMMARY)

If you want to do creative work for a social cause, this role is for you. We are looking for a Social Media Associate to handle day-to-day social media for three of our brands: Basil Woods School (BWS) across our four Hyderabad campuses at Shamshabad, Ghatkesar, Kokapet and Manikonda, HKM Charitable Foundation (HKMCF) and Hare Krishna Heritage Tower (HKHT).

This is a hands-on role. You will go to our campuses and sites, shoot reels, edit them, write the captions, schedule the posts and reply to the comments and messages that come in. Each brand talks to a different audience, so you will need to switch tone between them.

You don’t need years of experience. You do need to show us work you have already made.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS)

What you will do -

- Shoot reels and short videos at our school campuses, events and sites.
- Edit them into finished reels and videos. Use whichever editing tool you are good at.
- Write captions in clear, straightforward English that fit each brand.
- Plan content calendars for BWS,



HKMCF and HKHT, and stick to them.
- Post and schedule content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X.
- Reply to comments and DMs on time. People notice when nobody answers.
- Cover events on Sundays, evenings or festival days when needed. You get a comp-off for these.

How your performance will be measured -

- Posts and reels delivered on schedule.
- Reach and engagement across the accounts you handle.
- How quickly you respond to DMs and comments.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Fresher, or up to 1 year of experience in social media or content creation.
- Can shoot and edit reels. Any tool is fine. We will judge you by your work, not by the software you use.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
- Comfortable with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X.
- Can write captions and keep a content calendar on track.
- Happy to travel to our campuses and sites for shoots.
- Ready to work 6 days a week (all Saturdays are working days), with occasional Sunday, evening or festival-day coverage.
