Project Manager – Production & Execution* Department: Project Management Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute advertising, signage, space branding, and interior graphics projects from design approval to final installation. The candidate must have a strong understanding of production processes, resource planning, client coordination, and project delivery. Key Responsibilities - Understand client requirements, approved designs, quotations, and project scope. - Prepare project schedules covering design, procurement, production, fabrication, transportation, and installation. - Coordinate with graphic designers, interior designers, production supervisors, vendors, and site teams. - Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and production capacity according to project deadlines. - Monitor multiple projects and ensure timely progress at every stage. - Check approved drawings, site dimensions, specifications, and material requirements before production. - Coordinate procurement and vendor follow-ups to avoid production delays. - Monitor project costs, material consumption, labour,



and additional work against the approved budget. - Conduct site visits and coordinate installation, snag rectification, and final handover. - Provide regular project status updates to management and clients. - Identify execution risks early and resolve technical or operational issues. - Maintain project records, progress reports, completion details, and handover documentation. Required Skills - Robust knowledge of signage manufacturing, large-format printing, fabrication, and installation. - Excellent planning, leadership, communication, and coordination skills. - Ability to manage project timelines, costs, quality, and manpower. - Knowledge of technical drawings, measurements, materials, and production workflows. - Proficiency in Excel and project tracking tools is preferred. Experience: 3–7 years preferred in advertising production, signage projects, interior execution, or related industries.

Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
