We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage production accounting, inventory reconciliation, warehouse documentation, MIS reporting, and audit coordination at our manufacturing plant.

Experience: 7 Years of Experience
Location: Nellore, Andhra Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage production entries and Inter-Godown Transfer (IGT/GT) documentation
- Prepare MIS reports, freight statements, and production data analysis
- Coordinate with HO Accounts for fixed assets, expenses, and audits
- Resolve stock discrepancies related to receipts, dispatches, and transfers
- Manage scrap accounting, petty cash, and stock reconciliation
- Conduct physical stock verification and cycle audits
- Review BOMs and coordinate stock and accounting corrections
- Coordinate with internal/statutory auditors, banks, and external agencies
- Handle Certificates of Origin (COO)

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of factory accounting, inventory management, and stock reconciliation
- Experience in production accounting, warehouse operations, and stock audits
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and ERP software
- Knowledge of fixed assets, petty cash, and scrap accounting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
- Good communication skills and ability to meet reporting deadlines

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
