Job Title: Bell Boy / Valet Driver

Job SummaryRaga on the Ganges is seeking an energetic, courteous, and dependable Bell Boy / Valet Driver with excellent driving skills and guest service experience. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests upon arrival, assisting with luggage handling, providing valet parking services, and driving resort vehicles across hilly Himalayan terrains safely.
Key Responsibilities

- Guest Greeting & Escort: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out processes, and escort guests to their rooms while providing resort orientation.
- Luggage Handling: Safely transport guest luggage to and from rooms, vehicles, and storage areas with high care.
- Valet & Driving Services: Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles. Operate resort light vehicles for guest transfers or local errands as required.
- Property Assistance: Assist the Front Office team with guest requests, delivering amenities, and running property errands.




- Safety & Maintenance: Inspect vehicles prior to driving and maintain cleanliness. Adhere strictly to hill driving safety guidelines and resort standards.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in hospitality (Bell Desk / Guest Handling) and driving.
- Driving License: Valid Indian Driving License (LMV) with a proven track record of safe driving, particularly on hilly/mountainous terrain.
- Skills: Solid driving control, excellent communication skills, polite manners, and physical fitness for handling heavy luggage.
- Languages: Proficiency in Hindi; basic working knowledge of English is preferred.
