Job Description
Spesh Knack Planet, a Child Development Centre, is looking for caring, and dedicated Therapists to work with children with developmental delays and special needs. The selected candidates will support children's development through individualized therapy sessions under the centre's guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct therapy sessions according to each child's needs and development goals.
- Work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), and other developmental needs.
- Support children's communication, behaviour, social skills, and overall development.
- Prepare and maintain session notes, progress reports, and therapy records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress.
- Coordinate with other therapists and the centre's team.
- Follow the centre's professional standards and child-safety practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant qualification in Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Psychology, or a related field, depending on the therapy role.
- Relevant skilled registration or certification wherever required.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on qualifications.
- Good communication skills, patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with children.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with children with special needs.
- Ability to plan and implement individualized therapy goals.
- Good observation, documentation, and parent communication skills.
