Job role:

- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections of machined, fabricated, or assembled engineering products.
- Performpre-dispatch final inspections to ensure finished goods match customer purchase orders and technical sheets.
- Inspect packaging, crating, rust-preventive treatments, and-marking labels to prevent transit damage.
- Prepare, verify, and compile Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) required for dispatch.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure cleared goods are loaded safely and dispatched on schedule.
- Maintain records of all inspection logs, test reports, and dispatch clearances in line with relevant industry standards.
- Handle customer or third-party inspection (TPI)
- Track quality metrics (rejection rates, rework costs, on-time dispatch compliance) and report trends to management.
- Verify product dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring instruments
