Job Summary

We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign analytics, and performance optimization, with a focus on generating quality leads, increasing conversions, and maximizing return on advertising spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Develop performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies to improve results.




- Manage advertising budgets efficiently while maintaining campaign profitability.
- Track conversions and monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid advertising.
- Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Positive communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with D2C, e-commerce, or consumer-focused brands.
- Understanding of sales funnels, landing page optimization, and remarketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Experience managing campaigns focused on revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
