Job Description

Digitex Technologies is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in SEO, hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads, and proven team management skills.

The candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing projects, leading SEO and SMO teams, handling a team of 10+ members, and coordinating international client projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and monitor SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and overall performance.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Lead and manage SEO and SMO teams to achieve project objectives.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of 10+ members, ensuring productivity and timely task completion.
- Manage international digital marketing projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement optimization strategies.
- Coordinate with international clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress, prepare performance reports,



and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proven experience leading SEO and SMO teams.
- Previous experience managing a team of 10+ members.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience handling international projects and coordinating with global clients.
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
