Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Officers to drive sales of our UPVC profiles. The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with UPVC window and door fabricators, builders, architects, and contractors, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through field sales activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential UPVC window and door fabricators, builders, architects, and contractors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
- Promote Prominance UPVC profiles and explain their features, benefits, and applications.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate sales enquiries, provide quotations, and follow up to close sales.
- Negotiate pricing and sales terms with customers.




- Explore current business opportunities and expand the customer network within the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain customer details, sales records, and regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through field visits and customer meetings.

Eligibility

- Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience can apply.
- Candidates with experience in building materials, UPVC profiles, construction materials, or related sales will have an advantage.
- Candidates must be willing to work in a field sales role.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
