Job OverviewJECRC Foundation is hiring a dynamic Sports Officer for its premier campus ecosystem in Jaipur. You will lead the physical education vertical, build a competitive sports culture, organize high-profile university tournaments, and manage campus athletic facilities to foster student-athlete excellence.

- Location: JECRC Foundation, Jaipur Campus (Sitapura / Ramchandrapura Industrial Area)
- Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilitie

- Plan & Execute: Develop the annual sports calendar, intra-foundation meets, and open invitation tournaments.
- Train & Mentor: Coach student-athletes, manage university teams, and guide student sports committees.
- Tournament Representation: Coordinate and lead participation in Association of Indian Universities (AIU), state, and national-level championships.
- Facility Management: Maintain indoor/outdoor infrastructure (courts, tracks, equipment inventory) with high safety standards.




- Logistics & Budgeting: Oversee funds allocation for sports gear, outstation travel, and event hospitality. [1]

Requirements

- Education: Master’s Degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed.) or Sports Management.
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a recognized College, University, or as a National Sports Professional.
- Background: Past participation or achievement at the State, National, or Inter-University level is highly preferred.
- Skills: Robust crowd management, multi-sport event organization, and basic digital proficiency.
