About the Role

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer Executive to join Arsh Technosoft Pvt Ltd. You'll turn ideas into clear, engaging visuals for our digital and print channels, keeping our brand consistent and our communication professional and innovative.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Create visuals for the website, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials
- Work with the marketing, development, and sales teams to understand project needs
- Revise designs based on feedback and deliver within deadlines
- Prepare files in the correct formats for print and digital use
- Keep up with design trends and suggest fresh ideas
- Organize and maintain design assets and source files

Qualifications

- Graduate in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field (any graduate with a strong design portfolio may also be considered)
- 1 year of relevant experience in graphic design (agency, IT, or in-house)
- A portfolio showing your best work

Hard Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (or Figma and Canva)
- Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and composition




- Basic video editing or motion graphics (After Effects or Premiere Pro) is a plus
- Understanding of social media and web design requirements
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles is an advantage
