With an associated panel of RCIC offices in Edmonton, Canada, we assist clients with various immigration pathways, including Canada PR, study visas, visitor visas, family visas and skilled immigration programs.

✅ Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on enquiries.
- Explain basic visa programs and services to interested clients.
- Understand client requirements and arrange counselling appointments.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive client relationships.
- Update client details, call records and follow-ups in Excel sheets and CRM.
- Generate qualified leads and support the counselling and sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain accurate calling records.

✅ Candidate Requirements





- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and/or Punjabi.
- Confident, polite and professional telephone communication.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a target-oriented mindset.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage, but it is not mandatory.
