About the Role

Vishram International Services (VIS) is seeking a motivated and communicative International Program Counselor to join our Ahmedabad team.

In this role, you will guide students and professionals exploring international education, internships, and work abroad opportunities, primarily across the United States and Europe.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with prospective applicants.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and professionals on international programs, eligibility, and enrollment procedures.
- Manage candidate inquiries and conduct regular follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand individual career goals and recommend suitable international opportunities.
- Guide applicants through the application and enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate information, follow-up records, and enrollment updates in CRM systems.
- Use AI tools and digital platforms to improve communication and lead management.
- Conduct counseling sessions, webinars, and candidate engagement activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on lead generation and recruitment campaigns.
- Work toward assigned enrollment and conversion targets while maintaining ethical counseling practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate confidently with prospective candidates and manage regular follow-ups.
- Basic proficiency in computers, email, and office productivity tools.
- Willingness to learn about international education and workforce mobility programs.

Preferred Qualifications





- Previous experience in study abroad counseling, student recruitment, educational sales, or related roles.
- Familiarity with international admissions, internship programs, or visa application processes.
- Experience working with CRM systems, lead management platforms, or AI-powered productivity tools.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
