- Lead and manage the residential sales team to achieve targets.
- Generate leads, conduct site visits, and drive property closures.
- Monitor team performance and provide sales guidance.
- Build strong client relationships and negotiate deals.
- Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in residential real estate sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per hour
