Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Pre-Sales Executive with experience in digital marketing and client handling. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, an understanding of digital marketing services, and the ability to prepare customized proposals and support the sales team in converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements related to real estate project marketing.
- Conduct discovery calls and initial consultations with developers and real estate brands.
- Prepare customized digital marketing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Performance Marketing, SEO, Creative, and Social Media.
- Explain digital marketing services such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, lead generation, social media marketing, CRM automation, landing pages, and branding.
- Assist the sales team during client meetings and presentations.
- Prepare cost estimates, media plans, and campaign recommendations.
- Maintain CRM records, follow-up schedules,



and lead status updates.
- Research market trends and competitor activities in the real estate sector.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients and channel partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in pre-sales, digital marketing sales, or client servicing.
- Experience with real estate clients is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, lead generation funnels, CRM tools, and marketing automation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prepare proposals and presentations independently.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
