Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site inspection surveys to assess project requirements and site conditions.
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
- Execute projects within agreed timelines and provide technical support to the project team.
- Supervise onsite installation and implementation of electronic security systems and associated civil works.
- Support system commissioning, testing, and client acceptance procedures.
- Attend weekly internal and client progress meetings.
- Monitor work progress and prepare weekly project status reports.
- Ensure technical procedures, calculations, and required documentation are submitted to clients for review and approval.
- Coordinate material procurement, logistics, shipment, and receipt at project sites.
- Liaise with project personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth coordination of daily activities and timely project completion.
- Distribute project documents to subcontractors and maintain accurate document logs.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, HSE requirements, and quality standards.

Experience and Competencies

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in executing integrated electronic security or ELV system projects.
- Experience in project execution, installation, commissioning, and onsite supervision.
- Understanding of project reporting, progress monitoring, and operational controls.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deliverables.
- Robust communication, analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, subcontractors, and technical service personnel.
- Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach to project execution.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
