JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, financial documentation, taxation support, and accounts-related activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and financial documents.
- Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and income tax-related activities.
- Prepare and verify invoices and accounting documents.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Support audit and statutory compliance requirements.




- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for accounts-related requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant Accounts experience.
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation preferred.
- Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
