Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in bulk hiring for Sales and Business Development Roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Support the HR team in achieving hiring targets.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and sourcing.
- Familiarity with job portals is an advantage.
- Organized, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
Eligibility:
- Graduate or pursuing BBA/MBA/HR or a relevant degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good English communication skills required.
Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
