About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The role primarily involves handling customer calls, communicating with potential clients, explaining our services, and converting enquiries into appointments/sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Communicate with potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain services, offers, and treatment-related information clearly.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert enquiries into appointments/sales.
- Maintain basic records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Provide a positive customer experience through professional communication.

Requirements

- Good communication skills and confidence on calls.




- Good Hindi and basic English communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, healthcare, beauty, or customer service is a plus.
