Basic Job Description:

As a QSR food restaurant Sr. Team Member / Team Member, you'll have responsibility for the financial success of your outlet, as well as managing staff, keeping customers happy and adhering to health and safety mandates.

The role has a robust hospitality element, ensuring that the restaurant delivers high-quality food and drink and good customer service.

Fast food workers can be charged with a wide range of duties, including:

- Preparing and cooking food, Pizza and others products.
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings as per store standards.
- Taking food and drink orders.
- Ensure accurate order entry and efficient service.
- Assemble pizzas and other menu items (pastas, sides, desserts, etc.).
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests
- Serving customers and clearance.
- Meeting and greeting customers.
- Operating cash registers and receive payment from customer in cash or by credit card.




- Maintaining dining areas and kitchen areas, including clearing and cleaning tables, emptying trash cans, and washing or vacuuming floors.
- Promoting positive guest relations.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintaining.
- Operating for Pizzas delivery within limited area.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Package food properly for dine-in, carryout, or delivery.
- Check orders for accuracy before handing off to customers or drivers.
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and prep areas regularly.
- Keep the dining area clean (if applicable).
- Take out trash and follow closing/opening cleaning routines
