Compensation Details:
- No Capped Fixed Salary - Earn 30% Direct Profit on every tour package you sell.
- Example: If package profit is ₹10,000, you get ₹3,000 directly. Sell 20 packages = ₹60,000+
- Unlimited earning potential. More sales = More profit.
- Additional performance bonuses
This is for you if:
- You have 2+ Years experience in Travel Sales and you are confident in your closing skills
- You want to earn more than a fixed ₹25k salary
Requirements:
- Min 2 Years Experience in Travel Industry (Himachal/Kashmir expert)
- Solid closing and negotiation skills
- Must be available to work from Miyanwala, Dehradun Office
