Job Summary:
We are looking for a experienced candidates only for Customer Support Executive in the Logistics /transportation industry to oversee the Client's . The ideal candidate will ensure Client co-ordination regarding the updatee of consignments. while supporting procurement efficiency. Do apply if you can on immediate basis after selection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the customer and prepare/maintain proper documentation.
- Provide timely assistance during rate finalization.
- Coordinate with Operations,transporters and Client to ensure smooth process.
- Follow up on pending tasks to ensure closure within the given timelines.
- Escalate critical issues to the concerned department promptly.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Take customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in the overall customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Candidate should preferably be hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in procurement, invoice verification, or cost control, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a proven track record of cost savings.
- Excellent communication & analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of logistics process.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with Client, operations, and supply chain teams.
