Operations Manager

Location: Baner, Pune

Shift: Night shift, 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (aligned with U.S. business hours)

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations / Projects / Facility Manager with a mandatory Mechanical Engineering degree and manufacturing industry experience to manage daily operations, project coordination, team performance, and facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities.
- Coordinate projects, track deadlines, and ensure timely task completion.
- Monitor employee attendance, productivity, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
- Calculate employee incentives and commissions accurately using approved criteria.
- Oversee facility maintenance, inventory, equipment, vendors, and office operations.
- Maintain operational reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Identify process improvements and resolve operational issues.





Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial operations.
- Strong Excel, reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in metal fabrication, signage manufacturing, or engineering operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
