We are looking for an MEP BIM Modeller with strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit to join our BIM team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in MEP modelling and a positive understanding of engineering drawings and BIM workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify MEP BIM models using Revit.
- Develop accurate 3D models based on design drawings and project requirements.
- Work on HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and other MEP services.
- Prepare and update models based on design changes.
- Coordinate MEP models with Architectural and Structural models.
- Identify and resolve modelling and coordination issues.
- Maintain modelling standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Engineers, Designers and BIM team members.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
- Practical experience in MEP BIM Modelling.
- Good understanding of MEP drawings and services.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection will be an added advantage.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
