2. Laptop and desktop formatting

3. Hardware changes or upgradation (RAM, HDD, SSD, Battery)

4. Windows OS installation and configuration

5. Windows updates, antivirus, EMS to be checked whenever laptop or desktop received for repair, apart from pushed by WSUS server and new systems

6. Daily calls ( laptop desktop hardware , LAN, Wi-Fi and Printer )

7. Daily calls ( Win OS, Ms Office, Zoom, Browsers, Other apps)

8. Projections / Meeting related calls

9. Help in internal IT audit ( taking belarc report )

10. Standby laptop configuration and software based clean up

11. Resigned user laptop U drive Sync with File server

12. Patch cable crimping

13. Help TAX dept user related to DSC key issues

14. MFD related calls and console management

15.



Recent joinee user network port checking as informed by HRD

16. Training of Laptop usage and 5th Floor Display Panel Usage

17. New laptop and existing laptop sent for repairing if any issues

18. Take photos of broken laptop and inform to HRD

19. Capture videos of laptop body status before delivery to user and sent internal mail

20. Adobe and Corel draw artist software issues

21. Email ID related calls HO and FF

22. New joinee user network port checking as informed by HRD

23. Random Audit (take belarc for 4-5 system and update in SAM)

24. MFD related calls scan not working

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
