Job Summary:

Qubify Technologies is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow the company's online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content planning, audience engagement, and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media accounts across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging social media content, including posts, reels, shorts, stories, and videos.
- Plan and execute social media content calendars and posting schedules.
- Develop creative ideas to increase brand awareness, engagement, reach, and followers.
- Write engaging captions, descriptions, headlines, and relevant hashtags.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions and respond professionally.
- Track social media performance using platform insights and analytics.
- Research current trends, competitor activities, and trending topics to improve content strategy.




- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to create effective social media campaigns.
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements based on results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, hashtags, and audience engagement.
- Strong writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and video editing tools is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and experiment with new content ideas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
