We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect – CFS Buildings with strong experience in US-based architectural projects and Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) construction. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, coordinating CFS building layouts, preparing construction documentation, and collaborating with structural engineers and detailing teams to deliver high-quality project solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of US architectural standards, building codes, construction documentation, and BIM workflows, along with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and review architectural designs and layouts for CFS residential and commercial buildings.
- Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents.
- Coordinate architectural layouts with CFS framing systems, including walls, floors, roof trusses, and panelized construction.
- Review architectural drawings for constructability, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, CFS detailing engineers, MEP consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure designs and documentation comply with applicable US building codes, zoning regulations, accessibility requirements, and project standards.
- Develop and manage Revit models and BIM documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review shop drawings, detailing packages, and construction drawings for architectural coordination.
- Identify and resolve design clashes and technical issues in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.




- Manage project deliverables and ensure timely completion in accordance with project schedules.
- Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and technical coordination discussions.
- Guide junior architects and support quality control within the architectural team.

Qualifications

- B.Arch or an equivalent recognized qualification in Architecture.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Experience working on US-based architectural projects is required.
- Experience with CFS buildings or light-gauge steel construction is strongly preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows.
- Knowledge of US building codes, architectural standards, construction documentation, and permitting requirements.
- Understanding of CFS building systems and coordination between architectural design and structural framing.
- Experience preparing detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation.
- Robust knowledge of design development, detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Ability to review drawings and models for accuracy, constructability, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet delivery deadlines.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in US residential and commercial building projects.
- Familiarity with IRC, IBC, and applicable accessibility standards.
- Experience coordinating with US-based architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Knowledge of CFS framing layouts, panelized construction, and light-gauge steel building systems.
- Experience working with international project teams and offshore delivery studios.
