We are looking for a dedicated Remote Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our growing Canadian plumbing & heating company. This role involves answering incoming customer calls, scheduling plumbing service appointments, dispatching technicians, and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatch.
- Communicate with technicians regarding schedules, emergencies, and job updates.
- Record customer information accurately in the dispatch system.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Maintain professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service on every call.
- Assist with additional administrative and dispatch-related tasks as needed.

- Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, home services, or construction industry is an asset but not required
