Job Summary

Matrix BIM & Design is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Draftsman to join our team in Baner, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for preparing HVAC drawings, duct layouts, piping layouts, and installation details using AutoCAD as per project requirements and engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare HVAC drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
- Develop HVAC ducting layouts, chilled water piping layouts, and equipment layouts.
- Prepare shop drawings, sections, elevations, and installation details.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings.
- Coordinate HVAC layouts with electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems.
- Make drawing revisions based on engineer comments and project requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in HVAC drawings.
- Follow project specifications and applicable HVAC drafting standards.




- Coordinate with engineers and other team members to complete drawings within project deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience as an HVAC Draftsman.
- Good proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and HVAC equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Knowledge of HVAC symbols, duct layouts, and installation drawings.
- Positive attention to detail and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial building projects.
- Knowledge of HVAC standards and ASHRAE guidelines.
- Familiarity with Revit MEP is an added advantage.
