Position: Sales Officer
Department: Sales & Marketing
Division: Pharmaceutical / Herbal Products (Veterinary Feed Supplements)
Qualification: MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Management)
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in pharmaceutical, veterinary, herbal products, FMCG, or related sales preferred.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: As per company requirements
CTC: ₹2,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (2–5 LPA)

Job Summary

Indo Safe Healthcare LLP is seeking a energetic, result-oriented and highly motivated Sales Officer to manage and expand sales operations across its Pharmaceutical and Herbal Products Divisions. The candidate will be responsible for business development, distributor and dealer management, market expansion, revenue generation and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

- Develop and implement territory-wise sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
- Promote pharmaceutical products, veterinary medicines, herbal products and feed supplements.
- Identify new markets, customers, distributors and business partners.

2. Distributor & Dealer Management

- Appoint and develop distributors, stockists and dealers in assigned territories.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, veterinary practitioners and institutional customers.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales, product availability and stock movement.
- Ensure timely payment collection and outstanding recovery.

3. Market Research & Product Promotion

- Identify customer requirements and emerging business opportunities.
- Implement promotional schemes, product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular market feedback to senior management.

Sales Reporting & Performance Monitoring

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Track territory performance, collections, outstanding payments and distributor productivity.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales planning and business growth.

Required Skills & Competencies

- MBA in Marketing, Sales or Business Management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical, veterinary or herbal products markets.
- Ability to develop distributor networks and manage sales territories.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field operations.
- Target-driven attitude with excellent relationship-management skills.

- Monthly and annual sales target achievement.
- New distributor and dealer appointments.
- Territory-wise sales growth.
- Product-wise revenue generation.
- Outstanding payment recovery.
- Market coverage and customer visits.
- Customer acquisition and retention.

Salary & Benefits

CTC: ₹2,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (2–5 LPA), depending on qualifications, experience and suitability.
