Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for daily site visits, site inspections, coordinating with clients and contractors, monitoring work progress, and ensuring the proper execution of waterproofing and civil construction works.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Site Visits: Visit construction sites and project locations across Chennai every day to inspect ongoing and upcoming works.
- Site Inspection: Assess site conditions, identify work requirements, take measurements, and prepare site inspection reports.
- Client and Contractor Coordination: Meet builders, contractors, civil engineers, project managers, and clients at their respective sites.
- Work Monitoring: Monitor ongoing waterproofing and civil construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to the required specifications.
- Measurements and Estimation: Take accurate site measurements and coordinate with the office team for quantity calculations and quotations.
- Technical Coordination: Communicate site requirements, technical issues, and project updates to the concerned team.
- Progress Reporting:



Maintain daily records of site visits, measurements, work progress, and client requirements using a laptop.
- Material Coordination: Identify material requirements at project sites and coordinate with the office team for timely arrangements.
- Client Follow-up: Follow up with clients and contractors regarding site inspections, project approvals, and work schedules.
- Documentation: Prepare and submit site reports, photographs, measurements, and other required documents.

Eligibility Criteria

- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred; freshers are also eligible.
- B.Tech/B.E Civil Engineering
- Must be based in Chennai or nearby area.
- Must own a bike and possess a valid driving licence.
- Must have a personal laptop for site reporting and documentation.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel daily to different project sites across Chennai.
- Candidates with knowledge of waterproofing, civil construction, and building maintenance will be preferred.
- Candidates who are really interested to learn and take responsibility of work, are preferred.
