Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant with 3 years of post-qualification experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), accounting, and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have strong financial analytical skills, accounting knowledge, and experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide insights on key financial metrics.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes.
- Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, and operational performance.
- Prepare management reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

Accounting & Finance Operations

- Manage and support day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements and compliance with applicable accounting standards.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and auditors for financial reviews and audits.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.

Reporting & Process Improvement

- Prepare MIS reports and financial performance presentations.
- Perform financial data analysis and investigate discrepancies.
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives within finance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, financial controls, and reporting timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Relevant experience in FP&A;, accounting, and finance operations.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Positive understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight reporting deadlines.

Compensation

CTC: ₹10 LPA

Work Location: Bangalore

Preferred Candidate Profile

A detail-oriented finance professional with a combination of accounting expertise, financial analysis capabilities, and operational finance experience who can contribute to accurate reporting, effective financial planning, and continuous process improvement.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
