Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, and strengthen our online presence. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of social media trends, content planning, audience engagement, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
- Develop and execute social media calendars and content strategies.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and relevant content ideas.
- Coordinate with the design, marketing, and content teams to create engaging creatives and campaigns.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions, ensuring timely responses.
- Track social media performance using insights and analytics.
- Suggest new ideas to improve reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
- Support influencer collaborations, promotional campaigns, and online brand-building activities.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends,



platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva and social media scheduling platforms is an advantage.
- Interest in healthcare, fitness, nutrition, and wellness is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
