Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate organ transplant activities and manage the transplant process.
- Liaise with patients, donors, families, doctors, and the transplant team.
- Assist in pre-transplant and post-transplant coordination and follow-ups.
- Maintain patient records, medical documentation, and transplant-related reports.
- Coordinate with hospital departments, laboratories, and diagnostic services.
- Ensure compliance with applicable organ transplantation laws, regulations, and hospital protocols.
- Provide guidance and support to patients and their families throughout the transplant journey.
- Coordinate appointments, investigations,
and communication between the transplant team and patients.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, healthcare management, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in transplant coordination or a similar hospital role.
- Positive communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of transplant procedures and related documentation is preferred.
