Berkley Hyundai, Panchkula, is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Insurance Manager to lead our motor insurance operations, strengthen insurance partnerships, and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and drive the dealership’s motor insurance business, including new policies and renewals.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and corporate partners.
- Drive insurance penetration, revenue growth, and achievement of business targets.
- Supervise insurance quotations, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and documentation.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and body shop teams to maximize insurance business opportunities.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, customer retention, and renewal conversions.
- Ensure compliance with insurance processes, company policies, and applicable regulations.




- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to improve profitability.

The Ideal Candidate

- Proven experience in motor insurance, preferably in an automobile dealership.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, renewals, claims coordination, and dealership operations.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with a customer-centric and business-focused mindset.
