Role Description The Clinic Manager at Svaram – The Rehab Hub is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. This full-time, on-site role in Chennai includes supervising administrative and support staff, coordinating schedules, and monitoring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards. The Clinic Manager will manage budgeting and resource allocation, maintain patient records, and support compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with medical and therapy professionals, handling patient inquiries and escalations,



and organizing staff training and development initiatives to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills with experience in patient-facing or client-facing roles.
- Competence in budgeting and basic financial management for clinic operations.
- Effective communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication with patients, families, and staff.
- Basic understanding of medicine or healthcare processes, ideally within rehabilitation or clinical settings.
- Experience in staff training, coaching, or team development in a healthcare or service environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, hospital management, business administration, or a related field (relevant clinical or rehabilitation experience is an advantage).
- Proven ability to manage teams, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized workflows in a busy clinic setting.
- Familiarity with clinic management software, electronic health records, and standard office applications.
- Commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory practices and a patient-centered approach.
