Role Overview You will own project planning, execution, stakeholder communication and delivery tracking. You will work closely with technical leads to manage scope, timelines, resources, costs, risks and dependencies across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and scope definition to delivery, client acceptance and handover. Develop project plans covering milestones, deliverables, resource requirements, timelines and dependencies. Coordinate frontend, backend, mobile, QA and DevOps teams to deliver agreed outcomes. Work with technical leads to establish realistic estimates and delivery commitments. Track project progress, resource utilization and costs against approved plans. Manage scope changes through documented impact assessments and approvals. Identify risks and blockers, assign owners and drive timely resolution. Coordinate client meetings, demonstrations, status updates and decision follow-ups. Manage dependencies involving third-party APIs, banking partners, payment providers and vendors. Ensure requirements, acceptance criteria and project documentation remain clear and current. Coordinate UAT, release readiness, deployment schedules and post-release support handover. Report project health, delivery forecasts and decisions requiring management attention. Conduct project reviews and improve planning, communication and delivery practices. Required Skills & Experience 6–8 years of experience in software development and delivery, including relevant Project Manager experience.



Proven ability to manage software projects involving web applications, mobile apps, backend services and API integrations. Robust understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile project delivery. Experience managing project scope, schedules, resources, budgets and risks. Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools. Ability to understand technical dependencies and discuss delivery trade-offs with engineering teams. Strong client communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing multiple projects or parallel delivery workstreams. Strong documentation, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Good to Have Experience in fintech, payments, banking, telecom or enterprise software. Experience managing international clients and distributed teams. Familiarity with microservices, cloud infrastructure and CI/CD processes. Experience preparing proposals, statements of work and delivery estimates. PMP, PRINCE2 or an equivalent project management certification. Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Management or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Why Join jStack?
