- Coordinate daily dispatch operations for trucks running across the USA.
- Communicate with drivers, freight brokers, shippers, and receivers.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor driver availability, routes, schedules, and Hours of Service (HOS).
- Handle breakdowns, delays, route changes, and other operational challenges.
- Provide regular load status updates to brokers and customers.
- Maintain load records, rate confirmations, BOLs, and PODs.
- Coordinate detention, layover, and other accessorial requests with brokers.
- Monitor ELD and GPS tracking systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the safety, accounting, and operations teams.
Requirements
- Experience in US trucking or logistics is preferred.
- Knowledge of US dispatch operations and trucking terminology.
- Solid English communication and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and computer applications.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
