We are hiring a Field Executive for recruitment and management of housekeeping, janitorial, and office cleaning staff. The role involves manpower sourcing, site visits, employee grievance handling, staff accommodation management, onboarding, and workforce deployment. Experience in recruiting migrant and local manpower is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma (preferred)
- Prior experience in Facility Management, Housekeeping Services, Manpower Staffing, or Security Services
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving license.
- Speak Hindi along with local language preferred
