Head – Operations & Maintenance (O&M;)

Location: JSW Dolvi, Pen, Maharashtra

Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical / Industrial Production / Electrical Engineering

Experience: 10+ years

Industry Experience: Steel Plant / Coke Oven Plant

Job Purpose:

Lead plant operations and maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and effective

plant performance, with a strong focus on equipment reliability, preventive maintenance,

and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead day-to-day Operations & Maintenance of the Coke Oven Plant.

 Ensure maximum plant availability, equipment reliability, and operational

efficiency.

 Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.

 Handle equipment erection, installation, commissioning, and performance

monitoring.

 Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, environmental, SMPs, and SOPs.





 Manage spares planning, inventory, procurement coordination, and vendors.

 Coordinate with production and cross-functional teams for smooth plant

operations.

 Lead and develop operations and maintenance teams and drive continuous

improvement.

Mandatory Requirements:

 B.Tech qualification is mandatory – Diploma candidates should not apply.

 10+ years of relevant experience in Steel Plant / Coke Oven / Process Plant.

 Coke Oven operations and maintenance experience is mandatory.

 Strong knowledge of plant maintenance, equipment reliability, commissioning,

and safety practices.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
