1. Position Summary

Dynamic Prestress Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and technically sound Diploma / Degree holders in Civil or Mechanical Engineering for the position of Site Engineer in its Projects site.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting and executing site activities related to post-tensioning works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

The role involves on-site execution, supervision, coordination with clients and contractors, material management, progress monitoring, quality control, and preparation of site reports and documentation. Candidates should be willing to work at project sites and travel or relocate as per project requirements.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Site Execution and Supervision

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities related to pre & post-tensioning works.
- Assist in the execution of post-tensioning activities as per approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
- Monitor site progress and ensure completion of assigned work within the stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, and project teams for smooth execution of work.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, tools, and materials at the project site.
- Identify site-related technical issues and report them to the Project Manager / Site In-charge for timely resolution.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved procedures and instructions.

B. Technical and Engineering Activities

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, structural drawings, and technical specifications.
- Assist in checking site dimensions, levels, measurements, and work requirements.
- Support the implementation of approved method statements and work procedures.
- Coordinate with the design and technical teams for drawing clarifications and resolution of site issues.
- Maintain records of site measurements, work completed, and material consumption.
- Ensure proper handling, installation, and use of post-tensioning materials and equipment as per approved procedures.

C. Quality Control and Assurance

- Ensure that site activities comply with approved quality standards and project specifications.
- Conduct routine checks of materials, workmanship, and completed activities.
- Coordinate with the quality team for inspections and maintain inspection records.
- Report non-conformities, defects, and deviations from approved drawings or procedures.




- Ensure corrective actions are implemented as instructed by the concerned authority.

D. Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)

- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, client safety requirements, and applicable site safety procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings as assigned.
- Ensure the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) by site personnel.
- Identify unsafe conditions and practices and report them immediately.
- Ensure proper barricading, housekeeping, and safe handling of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts to the reporting authority without delay.
- Follow all applicable safety precautions during post-tensioning operations, including stressing activities.

E. Material, Manpower and Equipment Management

- Coordinate with the project team for timely availability of materials, tools, equipment, and manpower.
- Monitor material consumption and maintain stock and usage records.
- Assist in material requisitions, inward inspections, and reconciliation of materials.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and protection of materials and equipment at the site.
- Report shortages, damages, equipment breakdowns, and other operational issues to the reporting authority.

F. Client and Contractor Coordination

- Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
- Attend site meetings and communicate work progress, requirements, and constraints to the concerned team.
- Follow up on site instructions, approvals, inspections, and pending activities.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure timely resolution of routine site coordination issues.

G. Reporting and Documentation

- Prepare and submit daily progress reports, work completion reports, and other site-related reports.
- Maintain records of manpower deployment, material consumption, equipment utilization, and work progress.
- Maintain site measurement sheets, inspection reports, checklists, and relevant project documentation.
- Update project tracking sheets and report delays or deviations from the planned schedule.
- Ensure timely submission of required documents to the Project Manager / Site In-charge.
- Maintain proper records of client instructions, site observations, and work-related communications.

H. Other Responsibilities





- Follow the instructions of the Project Manager / Site In-charge and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the head office and other internal departments as required.
- Undertake site visits, transfers, and deputation to other project locations as per business requirements.
- Perform any other site-related technical and operational responsibilities assigned by the reporting authority.

3. Educational Qualification

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- OR Degree (BE / B.Tech) in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

4. Experience

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, site execution, or project engineering will be preferred.
- Experience in post-tensioning, prestressing, structural construction, or related activities will be an added advantage.
- Internship or industrial training experience in construction or engineering projects will be considered beneficial.

5. Required Skills and Competencies

- Basic understanding of engineering drawings, construction methods, and site execution.
- Knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and report preparation.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to supervise site activities and coordinate with workers and contractors.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate site records and documentation.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as per project requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, discipline, and teamwork.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise in post-tensioning and prestressing works.

6. Employment Conditions

- The position is full-time and site-based.
- The initial work location will be Mumbai; however, the employee may be deputed or transferred to other project sites as per organizational requirements.
- The employee must comply with company rules, client requirements, site discipline, quality procedures, and safety standards.
- Working hours and weekly offs will be as per company policy and applicable site requirements.

8. Performance Expectations

The Site Engineer will be expected to ensure timely execution of assigned site activities, effective coordination with project stakeholders, adherence to approved technical specifications, maintenance of accurate site documentation, and strict compliance with quality and safety requirements.
