We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to connect with prospective students, understand their educational goals, and guide them toward suitable courses. The candidate will be responsible for managing student enquiries, building relationships, and driving admissions through effective counselling and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective students and provide detailed information about courses and admission procedures
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic programs.
Manage incoming enquiries and conduct regular follow-ups.
Convert prospective student leads into confirmed admissions.
Explain course benefits, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and career opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission progress.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
Meet monthly admission targets and contribute to institutional growth.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups efficiently.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
