We are looking for a Counsellor to guide prospective students, understand their career goals, explain suitable courses, and support them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and understand their career and course requirements.
- Explain courses, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the centre team for a smooth admission process.
- handle walk-ins enquires,and online leads

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in Counselling, Sales, Admissions, Education, EdTech, or related fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with targets.
- Freshers with valuable communication and a willingness to learn may also be considered.Thanks and Regards,
